Honestly, cleanliness needs a major overhaul!!! Fingerprints all over the front door and dusty elevators really detracted from my experience. It also felt like the housekeepers were just going through the motions, leaving rooms far from spotless!!!

During my stay, I appreciated how everything is within walking distance, especially the beautiful Parque de Doña Casilda, a perfect spot to relax after visiting the nearby Guggenheim Museum. the friendly staff also went above and beyond to help us with tips on local dining options and transportation.

The location was fantastic, as we were just a short stroll from the Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town. The room was tidy, and I appreciated the quiet ambiance despite the number of guests. The staff were kind and responsive, and we received the additional pillows we requested promptly. However, the parking situation was quite challenging, and the shower cubicle could use some safety features to prevent slips.

The room was clean and bright, with comfortable beds and enough space for two. No carpets, just a nice parquet floor. The shower was hot and had plenty of water. Only downsides were a pretty small bathroom and a need for a bit more organization. Overall, it worked well for our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and spacious room with a stunning view of the river. The staff were very attentive and ready to assist, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for during my stay at this lovely hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger common area would be fantastic for families wanting to relax together. A spot for kids to play games would be a nice addition.

i had a fantastic stay at plaza! the location is perfect, right next to the river and just a short walk to the guggenheim and old town. the room was spotless, and it had everything we needed. the hotel bar was a nice spot to relax and maybe catch a game with fellow guests.

Despite these issues, the quick responses from the front desk staff were appreciated. I enjoyed the small bar in the hotel, a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. The breakfast at €10 didn’t seem worth it, given the better options nearby. WiFi was reliable, which helped plan my trips around the city. The luggage storage after check-out allowed me extra time to explore before my departure. Though I enjoyed my stay, the room amenities could use some upgrades to enhance comfort.
